Shipping policy

In order to provide the best possible cost to our customers all prints are made to order. Production time is approximately 1-4 business days, but usually lands around 3 business days total.

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING: Once an order is placed it takes 1-4 business days to produce your order with shipping times of approximately 3-7 business days depending on location, carrier (USPS, FedEx or UPS) and shipping routes. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you'd like expedited shipping such as 2-day or overnight, please reach out to us at info@trickyrabbitart.com or through our contact form. We will get back to you quickly with the proper pricing, which varies depending on item weight, size and delivery location. Once you have confirmed the shipping rate option you would prefer, we will send you a link where you can pay for your order with expedited shipping. Keep in mind that expedited shipping still includes the production time of 1-3 business days.

Note: All orders placed after 1 PM Eastern will go into production the following business day, as will orders placed on a weekend.

While we can’t control the postal carriers once they have your order please reach out to us if your order is delayed and we will do what we can on our end to resolve any issues. 

We haven’t had it happen yet but if an order is lost or delayed indefinitely we will ship out a new order right away at no charge to you!
