We are a small family business and all our items are made to order and for this reason we cannot accept returns. 

We will happily replace your item if there is a defect in the item you've received or damages from the shipping process. Please send detailed pictures of any defects or damage to your item and packaging to receive a free no-hassle replacement of the original item you purchased.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and allows us to provide lower prices to our customers and include free standard shipping, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions. It helps us a lot!
